Helpful holiday hint #2. A week is already ending and Uncle Gary still hasn’t packed up his 2002 Le Sabre to go home. What do you do in this situation? Well, Uncle Gary often feels a bit delicate until the next cocktail hour so we suggest taking a Limburger out of the fridge, unwrapping it, and letting it come to room temp on the counter. If he bothers to ask on his way out of the house you can tell him you’re tired from all the festivities and are making a “Big Stinky” for dinner. That’s simply rye bread, slices of red onion, and slabs of Limburger straight from our friends in Wisconsin.
