Farmette Raspberry Rhubarb Jam

It’s finally Friday and oh how sweet it is! Nearly as sweet and yummy as this jam from Farmette Fresh in Bellingham. My very favorite is the raspberry rhubarb. That one tastes like the beginning of summer vacation when you were a child and the future only held promises of fun and frolic and warm, hazy, lazy days. Still, I sure wouldn’t kick this blueberry jam off my cracker, And that’s how I would have it-on a cracker, with some Cana de Cabra and lemon zest. It would also be good on a piece of buttery toast or in a yogurt parfait. Really, the sky is the limit when your jam is this good.
